Focus on breastroke

Let’s focus on breastroke today. Set that will push you but with a focus on technique. 

Warm up

4 x 200m breastroke @65%

8 x 25m sprints IM order on 45. 
Drills

8 x 50m BR with extended glide. 
Main set

20 x 100m Br on 1:45. (Or approx 5-10 seconds rest) 

10 x 50m Br kick.

Or 

20 x 125m Br on 2:15. 

10 x 50m Br kick.

Warm down

200m mixed stroke.
